2. Services Offered

Motivo Mobile Billboards provides mobile LED billboard truck advertising services, including custom route planning and real-time impression tracking. Our services operate primarily in Houston, Texas, and surrounding major Texas cities. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing for our services (Launch, Spotlight, and Impact packages) is based on custom quotes tailored to your specific campaign needs. Payment terms, including deposits, balance due dates, and acceptable payment methods, will be outlined in your specific campaign agreement. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is typically required to secure your booking date and route.

4. Cancellation Policy (No Refunds)

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all bookings, campaigns, and services. Once a campaign is booked and payment (or deposit) is submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes in your marketing plans. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any ad creatives (videos, images, graphics) provided to us comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the content provided. We reserve the right to reject any creative that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. Motivo Mobile Billboards and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from Motivo Mobile Billboards regarding your inquiries, quotes, campaign updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt-in by submitting your phone number through our contact forms or by directly communicating with our team.

Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you text "STOP", we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
